You are required to wear your aligners 20-22 hours each day so that they can continue to apply gentle pressure to your teeth, causing them to shift into alignment over time.
Throughout treatment, you will change out your trays for new ones every 1-2 weeks, and you’ll meet with Dr. Lee for follow-up appointments to ensure that your smile is progressing as planned. Once you are finished with treatment, you will wear a custom retainer to help keep your pearly whites in place.
